This policy is written in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010.

1. Cancellation of a Remote Sale A customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document (whichever is later). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to customer service. Please include full name, order number, and contact details.

2. Conditions for Returning a Product A return will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met: • The product has not been opened and has not been used • The product is returned in its original packaging, sealed and intact • No damage has been caused to the product or packaging • Invoice / order confirmation is attached Cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and public health reasons.

3. Cancellation Fees In case of lawful cancellation, the business may charge cancellation fees of: 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS – whichever is lower. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Method Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The company reserves the right to delay a refund until the product has been verified.

5. Non-Cancellable Cases According to law, cancellation is not possible in the following cases: • Opened or used products • Products made specifically for the customer • Products not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

6. Defective Product or Shipping Error In case of a defective product or company error, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. After review and approval, a replacement or refund will be issued at the company’s discretion.

7. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
